Again, i didn't have a clue what i wanted to paint before i started. Just before making this image, i had a yoghurt with honey. While eating, i was thinking if i'd incorporate the bees' dance now ... having finished eating, i randomly (so i thought) picked an image and played with it, until it looked like how i poured honey into the yoghurt just minutes before. I didn't have a clue of this similarity while making the image, it just dawned on me at the moment i thought "finished". The strings also symbolize the bees' turns when they dance, before they take off into the blue sky which you find in the image as well. The white is the yoghurt and actually i was also thinking about milk, too while eating...I'm always fascinated by the train of thoughts that work without me realizing it most of the time. Every second the senses pass eleven million bits of information to the brain, but only sixteen bits make it onto the conscious level. What i call "the rest" here is the iceberg under water, processed subconsciously. Is there freedom of thought/speech? We demand it politically (and that's good so) but maybe we're not (yet) able to think freely. And what's freedom anyway? It happens in an interconnected setting of endless factors...
